Teachers are entrusted with advancing the mission of the school through the development of a standards-aligned curriculum, responsiveness to feedback provided and collaboration with the Head of School on areas of instructional and/or curricular need at the school. Teachers will be held accountable by the Head of School in regard to their performance and growth, student achievement, and quality of curriculum.

The Assistant Dean is a member of the Leadership Team of Jefferson RISE. The Assistant Dean will report directly to the Assistant Principal of Discipline, with the purpose of providing support to nurture a school culture focused on academic coursework and personal integrity. He or she works constantly with the Assistant Principal to set and meet ambitious academic goals, while also providing clerical and discipline support to ensure Jefferson RISE operates smoothly.
The Learning Lab Specialist is a member of the Instructional Team of Jefferson RISE. Reporting directly to the Assistant Principal of Curriculum & Instruction, the Learning Lab Specialist supports our scholars by supervising computer driven blended learning to a class and providing small group remediation once per week per grade.
